Why Al-Aqsa?
Al-Aqsa Mosque holds immense significance in Islam. It is the third holiest site after Masjid al-Haram in Mecca and Masjid an-Nabawi in Medina. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) led prayers here during the miraculous Night Journey (Isra and Mi'raj). Prayers offered at Al-Aqsa carry special blessings and multiplied rewards.
