How We Handle Your Request and What You Receive

This page briefly explains what the service is, what you receive after you order, and what we do not promise. For the wider picture, see what we offer and what we don't.

What Is the Service?

Al-Aqsa Blessings is a service in which a du'a is made for you by name at Al-Aqsa Mosque, according to the intention you write in your request. A video of the du'a is sent to you by email, usually within 48 to 72 hours.

How Does Ordering Work?

You choose a package on the du'a page, pay securely through Stripe or PayPal, and after payment you write the names and the du'a intention for each blessing included in your package. More on how requests work is in how to request a du'a from Al-Aqsa.

What Will You Receive?

A video of the du'a, sent to your email address. If it has not arrived within the usual time, please check your spam folder, then contact us through the support page.

What We Do Not Promise

We do not promise any particular result or that a specific matter will come to pass. Du'a is an act of worship, and answering it is with Allah alone; He answers as He wills and when He wills. It is also good practice to make du'a yourself and to hold a good opinion of your Lord.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. The full refund terms are on the refund policy page.

Privacy of Your Details

Names and request details are used only to carry out your request. Your du'a video is never published or used in marketing without your explicit permission.
