An honest description of the service: what you receive, how ordering and delivery work, what the refund policy says, what we do not promise, and questions to ask before paying any du'a service.
Before paying for a du'a service online, you have the right to know exactly what you will receive, when, and what happens if something goes wrong. This page answers those questions using what is written on our own website: delivery, payment, privacy and refunds. We make no promises here that we cannot stand behind, and the service itself needs nothing more than an accurate description.

What exactly does the service provide?
The idea rests on a Muslim praying for his brother in his absence. The Prophet ﷺ said: «دَعْوَةُ الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ لأَخِيهِ بِظَهْرِ الْغَيْبِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ، عِنْدَ رَأْسِهِ مَلَكٌ مُوَكَّلٌ، كُلَّمَا دَعَا لأَخِيهِ بِخَيْرٍ قَالَ الْمَلَكُ الْمُوَكَّلُ بِهِ: آمِينَ، وَلَكَ بِمِثْلٍ», "A Muslim's du'a for his brother in his absence is answered. There is an angel appointed at his head. Whenever he makes a good du'a for his brother, the appointed angel says: Amin, and may you have the same" (Sahih Muslim 2733). The steps, as the order process shows them, are three:
1. Names and intentions. After you choose a package and pay, a short form asks for each person's name and the intention for them, such as healing or ease. It includes a "for the deceased" option.
2. The du'a at Al-Aqsa. The du'a is made by name at Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, and a video of it is recorded.
3. The video by email. It is sent to the email address you gave, usually within 48 to 72 hours.
Packages and payment
You choose a package on the prayer page. Packages differ in how many people or intentions one order covers, so someone who wants to include both parents and themselves would pick a package with room for three, and someone including the whole family would pick a larger one. Prices are displayed there before you pay, and we do not add to them afterwards.
Payment goes through Stripe or PayPal. The names you enter in the form are usually other people's, so it is wise to write no more than a name and one line of intention. More on that in how to ask someone to make du'a for you.
Delivery: the timing
The stated timing is usually 48 to 72 hours. If a video has not arrived, the first step is to check your spam folder and confirm the email address you gave, and then contact support through the contact page with your order details. The delivery policy has the full wording.
Refunds: what is actually written
This point deserves precision, because "money-back guarantee" is used loosely on many sites, and we do not use that phrase. What the order summary and the refund policy say:

Technical errors and duplicate payments are handled individually.
Once the service has been carried out or preparation has begun, an order may not be eligible for a refund.
So the rule is: the earlier you get in touch, the more options there are. Include your order number and payment reference when you write.
What the service does not promise
No guaranteed result. The disclaimer states that no specific outcome is guaranteed. An answer is not something a person or a company can guarantee. It is with Allah, who says: "And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me" (Quran 2:186).
No replacement for your own du'a. This is a du'a made by others that adds to the du'a of the person who orders it. It does not take its place. For the times when du'a is more hoped to be accepted, see the best times for du'a.
No claim that the place multiplies the answer. We found no authentic text that makes a du'a at Al-Aqsa answered faster or guaranteed. What is established is the status of the mosque. Allah mentions it in Surat al-Isra (17:1), and it is one of the three mosques to which journeys are made: "Do not set out on a journey except to three mosques: Masjid al-Haram, this mosque of mine, and Masjid al-Aqsa" (Sahih al-Bukhari 1189, Sahih Muslim 1397).
No medical advice. If someone is ill, they should see a doctor and make du'a, not choose one instead of the other.
How to judge any du'a service, including ours
Before paying anyone, these are the questions to ask, and the answers either appear on the site or they don't:
1. Is the price shown clearly before you pay? Ours is displayed on the prayer page.
2. Is the timing stated? Yes, usually 48 to 72 hours.
3. Is the refund policy readable and not exaggerated? It is written out, and it has conditions.
4. Does the site say who operates it? The operating company's name and address appear on the contact page and in the terms.
5. Does it promise results? Be cautious of anyone who promises a guaranteed outcome.
6. Is there a support channel? Yes, on the contact page.
You can put the same questions to any other site, with the same yardstick.
